I have converted all of the wording into numbers for gender, personality type, gender, and teaching/ not teaching. This task was not too difficult once I located the find/replace tool. I didn't realize there were so many different personality types, however there were 13 on the spreadsheet. I already have in mind what my research question is going to be, and making this spreadsheet into numerics instead of words will make it so much easier to research the answer for the question. I know how to sort in ascending or descending order but have not done that and saved it because I am not sure how far we are supposed to go after changing the words to numberics.
